"Great location during our February visit! Perfect beach house for our visit. We enjoyed the laidback atmosphere on the island and the more active lifestyle in Charleston. Would definitely like to stay there again!"

"The unit was a little dated but well appointed and very clean. The location is just outside the main Kiawah gate so it is easily accessible but also comes with a pass to get onto Kiawah. It is right down the street from a public beach access. "

"We have always enjoyed our ocean getaways at Pelican Watch and we can add this past week to that list. We appreciated how clean and bright this unit is and the view and sunsets didn’t disappoint. The owner was very responsive when we reported a few items that needed repair and her concern genuine! All communications with owners were helpful and responsive. Looking at calendar for next stay at Seabrook!"

"We had a great time! The home was clean and comfortable. Melissa was so very helpful and very informative. "

"This was our third time staying at this property. It has been great every time. Kimber is great to work with and is always quick to respond. The condo is perfect for a small family and has everything you need. My kids love the proximity to the park and the amenities. We frequent Edisto throughout the year and will continue to look at this property for our smaller family getaways. "

It suited our group perfectly..an elevator for those that need it, pet friendly, and right on the beach! We hunted for shells each morning, watched dolphins from the house, and explored the area. They also had bikes and beach chairs we could use. Every bed was comfortable and the house is so spacious. Communication was superb. I highly recommend the Second Star! "
