Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the private outdoor space and garage. For safety and maintenance reasons, we kindly ask that you do not enter the basement/crawl space, as this area is reserved exclusively for our maintenance team.

☞ No meals in the beds, to prevent damage to linens.
☞ Excessive mess or damages will be billed to the guest.
Cleaning & Damages
☞ Our homes are serviced by professional, independent cleaning companies. If a guest leaves an unusually large mess or causes damage beyond normal use, additional charges may be billed.
Terms of Service
To comply with legal requirements and house rules, guests may be asked to sign a digital rental agreement covering the terms of their stay.
