We have a No Party policy as well as a No Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a deep cleaning fee of $1,000 to cover damages.
We allow pet's but only upon request as we require a rider to be signed and an additional $100 cleaning fee.
