The restaurant didn’t answer the phone to place an order. I called front desk and the restaurant called me back 1 hour later from my first call. Pool was not working.
Staff and manager were great. Sarah, was a rock star and the mgr on 6/19 also awesome. They just need more staff in restaurant seemed like one person doing everything there.
Room keys failed 90% of time and you need them to get back into hotel.
The room was great, except fridge had no freezer.
Ac worked great, floor very quiet. Loved the fridge and microwave. Comfy beds and pillows.
