"I stayed in Verona from July 20th to the 22st, the flat was good and well located. However, not everything went well. First, I only received the address the night before I arrived – which would be ok, if the manager hadn’t emailed me the wrong address...When I got to the place and saw something was wrong, I called her by whatsapp, she didn’t answer and texted back complaining that it was too early in the morning. On our last day, the manager met us at the flat to receive the keys and complained...

The stairs up to the home might be challenging for some. There is an elevator, but it is small. We would definitely recommend this place to stay! "
