"The property was as advertised. It was clean and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The place is updated and has large tvs in each room. We all agreed that beds were awesome and made for a great nights sleep. The location was close to major highways, making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and if you forgot something, there's a Walmart Supercenter just up the street. "

"It was a very nice experience staying there. The owner replied to our questions pretty fast. I love the backyard, but unfortunately, it is too cold to stay outside during the winter. I would definitely recommend this house and we will try and go back in a warmer season!"

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying here during the Christmas holidays, and it was an excellent experience. We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. "What a great home base for my family during Thanksgiving week! This house is everything it says it is and more. I seriously felt like I was a guest visiting family for the week. Too many awesome accommodations to list. The view out of the back windows, the bright coastal vibe, the home/audio setup, the huge/clean hot tub, the insanely awesome master bathrom!! What a neat house! Thanks, Joe for making our trip to the area a memorable one!"

"This was our second time staying at this home and we will definitely be returning. Great spot for a family getaway and cannot beat being right on the water. House had everything we needed."

"It was as cute as it looked on-line and gave us a great space for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! Other nice surprises: new AC units (very quiet), very comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with good light. The street is very quiet. I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included...

"Great location. Great house. Close to ocean and bay. House was fully stocked with kitchen utensils so we could make large family meals. Two nice sized bedrooms. Third small bedroom had 4 bunk-style twin beds. Fourth bed was a loft accessible by ladder. "

"Stayed here for a girls trip. We were a group of 11. Most of the beds are doubles so probably can’t actually sleep 12 unless you’re a kid or on the smaller side. The way the beds are arranged requires one person to crawl over the other to get out of bed since they’re pushed up against the wall. (Not a dealbreaker but something to consider for guest comfort). As others have mentioned, feels bigger than it looks in the photos. The bathrooms were ok. To break it down: there’s 1 half bath...

"A glorious setting on the water highlighted by varying tides, massive swans and a variety of boats gliding by. As serene and peaceful as it gets and only blocks away from a plethora of great restaurants, bagel shops, boutiques and more. The Northport Hotel (tremendous restaurant) offers rooms at 450 per night so the value of this home speaks volumes. A rarity in a very upscale market. Owner Richard is incredible affable and attentive."

"The house was clean, safe, and check-in process was smooth. Being on the water was nice to look at from afar. It served our purposes as we wanted to be near Jones Beach for a concert. However, several expectations were not met. This is listed as a "beach house" but there were no beach chairs or towels to bring to the beach. (Owner told us there would be via messaging.) The very first photo has a lovely lit-up porch, however the lights didn't work outside and we had to use our cell phones for...
