"Room was exactly what we thought it would be. Big and nice pool view. Once we arrived I ask for a brochure for the amenities that were here at this property or for even a map they stated that they didn’t have one. That was weird to me. The hallways are a lil outdated and the parking garage elevator was super slow. Great location to strip for food and entertainment. Nice size pool area and easy access to the beach "

"The location was perfect. They had chairs and umbrellas for the beach but the distribution process was haphazard. The AC in my room was so noisy I thought someone was drilling outside my window. The staff was not helpful at all. I understand this is a new hotel but the staff needs to be better trained to actually be helpful and pleasant."

"This is the second time that our family of 5 come to this hotel. My 2 granddaughters love it. Twice a week at 3p the hotel offer "Swimming with the mermaid" This is not extra charge and my granddaughters had such great time they were so excited and happy. "We were impressed by how large and well-maintained the room was. When they arrived, my child couldn't stop talking about how amazing it was. The bathroom was also roomy and clean. The donated marlin in the entrance hall is also an eye-catcher. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was high-carb—the only low-carb elements were coffee/tea, soggy sausage patties, and mushy, low-flavor eggs. But there was plenty of space to eat, and the eating area was clean - no sticky floors or table...

"I only give 5 stars for an absolute perfect experience. I have two very minor gripes with my room that disqualify it from 5 stars, but if i could I would give it 4.8. One of the bed side fold down lamps did not work. The shower/tub is outdated for the current year and price point. The water pressure is fine I guess but not desirable for a vacation, and the tub is slightly smaller than the standard one I have at home so not great for baths. Overall I still recommend it! Vicinity to the beach...
