Port O'Call F 303 - Ocean Front with Roof Deck

This comfortable and bright one bedroom, one bath villa inside Wild Dunes Resort has panoramic ocean views from every room. Take advantage of the sun and sand with a dip in the community pool or a day on the beach from one of the private condo complex beach access paths. The unit features a spiral staircase that leads up to a second floor that leads out to a sunrise deck perfect to enjoy the sound of the crashing waves. With your rental, youā€™ll have access to the Port Oā€™ Call Community Pool.

The world-renowned Wild Dunes Resort has two championship 18-hole golf courses and practice facilities. The Links Course clubhouse is just a good 4 iron away from a pro shop, full-service bar and restaurant. Biking and running trails are all available resort recreation options.

Wild Dunes Resort has multiple dining options. Downtown Charleston and all of its attractions are just a 17-mile drive or Uber away.

This is a Saturday ā€“ Saturday rental during the summer. This unit has a rolling minimum night stay requirement (In advance there is a 7-night minimum as dates approach 5-night minimum and then decrease to 2 night stays within 10 days of the reservation date).

The reservation/administration fee is non-refundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Starter kit is provided which includes toiletry amenities and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent and trash bags) for the first 24-48 hours of your trip.

Excellent Anniversary getaway

This was our first week away from our kids in our entire 30 years of marriage and I cannot think of a better way to spend it. Walking through the door we both exclaimed "oh wow..." to a wall of windows and a breathtaking view of the ocean. Everything in the condo was clean and welcoming. There was a wonderful informative binder provided with information on the area, chair rentals and other key information. My favorite spot was the rooftop deck. I would venture up the spiral staircase every morning with my coffee to watch the sunrise and take in the beautiful view. We spent many nights up there looking at the moon over the ocean as well. The screened in deck is where we enjoyed our dinners every night. The saddest day was the day we had to leave. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful. Condo was clean and right on the beach overlooking the dunes and ocean. The views of the sunrises were awesome and couldn't have asked for anything better. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Ocean View That Starts When You Walk In

Idyllic location, Phenomenal condo

Perfect location with full beach views from every room. Very well appointed with lots of little details like a makeup mirror, tea kettle and even extra light bulbs/batteries. Condo includes a folder with restaurant and activity recommendations. We tried many of the restaurants and each was a hit. So enjoyable just to walk across the dune path and on the beach in minutes. Screened in porch was so nice we hardly ever used the rooftop deck. Definitely Hoping to book this again.

Port ā€˜O Call is our place to stay when my husband and I travel to IOP. We always choose an ocean front top floor unit. This is our third different one and it did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable (great bed), and well maintained and only steps to the beach - this is an excellent spot for a quiet get away.

Carver amazing getaway

This condo is immaculately clean and looks just like the beautiful pictures with oceanfront view out every window. Not only an incredibly comfortable bed, but the sofa was very comfortable with down feather pillows. (did not use the bed in the sofa). Beach and pool only steps away. Never stayed in such a quiet condo. No noise heard outside or inside. Did not need to contact owner, because everything exceeded expectations.

Exceeded expectations

The property was well situated for our needs. The condo was extremely clean and well decorated. Since we stayed only a week, I didnā€™t cook but the kitchen had everything one would need for food prep. The bed was very comfortable. I take my own towels and sheets because I have been disappointed in the quality provided in some properties. I didnā€™t even take them out of the car this time. The only improvement I could suggest is replacing the outdoor furniture with something more comfortable. We hope to return to port oā€™call f303 soon.
