Heart N Sol is a picturesque seaside home that seamlessly marries timeless tradition with contemporary craftsmanship and beauty. The rich history of the Isle of Palms is eloquently captured within the inviting embrace of Heart N Sol, where two expansive wrap-around porches extend a warm welcome, offering captivating ocean vistas, gentle summer breezes, and the joys of outdoor living. Adorned with a complete outdoor living room, featuring a grand bed swing and a dining table for ten, this cottage invites you to savor the delights of al fresco living. With the summer blooms of the oleander-lined walkways, a spacious lush yard, and manicured flower beds, you'll quickly understand why "Heart N Sol" epitomizes the allure that has made the Isle of Palms Charleston's choice island.

Step into the enchanting 'relaxation zone' at Heart N Sol, a lower-level paradise meticulously crafted for your leisure and enjoyment. This retreat features a saltwater pool with a tanning ledge, surrounded by an expansive deck area adorned with teak loungers and Adirondack chairs. Golf enthusiasts can practice their short game on the adjacent putting green. For pure indulgence, a luxurious seven-seat saltwater hot tub beckons, providing a haven of tranquility and relaxation. The bar area is a focal point of entertainment, complete with an outdoor TV, a ping pong table, and cornhole. The relaxation zone at Heart N Sol is where cherished moments are made, bringing the fun to your seaside living.

During an extensive renovation, a thoughtful addition was made to this classic island cottage. This new wing features a Juliette balcony that offers scenic views of the relaxation zone, the main bedroom, a cozy office, and a tranquil sitting area. The main bath is a true retreat - a spa-inspired wet room with a huge soaking tub and a shower offering views of swaying palm trees; his and her vanities; and a spacious walk-in closet equipped with its own washer and dryer.

Just steps from the kitchen and main bedroom is an exercise room equipped with a Peloton bike, treadmill, hand weights (up to 25 lbs.), yoga mat, Bosu ball, and various workout bands.  Please note that the Peloton bike features a hybrid pedal that will support a regular shoe with a toe cage or a compatible SPD cleated bike shoe.  This Peloton bike is not compatible with Peloton’s Delta cleated shoes. 

The primary residence, meticulously designed by professionals, effortlessly melds coastal charm with exposed wood beams, shiplap walls, distinctive flooring, soothing paint palettes, and coastal-inspired furnishings. The living spaces are thoughtfully divided into two levels. The upper level boasts an open floor plan encompassing the main living room, a well-appointed kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring a sizable island with seating for six, state-of-the-art appliances, a stylish bar area, a walk-in pantry, and all the culinary essentials. The dining room seats ten, and the living room's furnishings offer a coastal comfort that revolves around beach views and an audio-visual system.  

The lower-level family room boasts a generous 70-inch TV, plush seating, and easy access to the inviting "relaxation zone."

"Heart N Sol" original structure comprises four bedrooms and four full baths. Three of these bedrooms grace the second level, offering a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a room with two twin beds, each with their own bathroom. The lower level of the main house features a single bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. The master bedroom, in the new addition, indulges with a king bed and a spacious layout. All in all, "Heart N Sol" offers the convenience of five full baths throughout its delightful confines.

 Parking:

Five cars are licensed by the City to park at Heart N Sol.  All cars must park in garage or driveway.  Parking is not allowed by the City in the yard or on the street.    

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October).   These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.
