"Os problemas comecaram apos a confirmacao da reserva. Depois da confirmacao do pagamento no cartao de credito deveria ter recebido todas as informacoes necessarias para a estadia. Recebi um email solicitando que fosse efetuado a reserva no cartao de credito de um valor para suprir eventuais danos, e ainda para confirmar com antecendencia de 72 horas. Chegando ao local nao existe recepcao, temos que ligar psra o numero informado e mais uma orientacao de como acessar a acomodacao, mas infeluzmente...

"All necessities are well equipped for short stay including minimum food stuff. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is good overlooking Cam River. "

"A estadia foi excelente. Confirmaram a marcação via mail, esperaram-nos no apartamento, providenciaram leite, café, especiarias,..., mostraram-se disponíveis para ajudar no que necessitássemos. O apartamento é muito acolhedor, está bem decorado, tem aquecimento central, internet, tudo o que é necessário para preparar refeições; as camas são muito confortáveis e é bem servido de autocarros.Toda a família gostou."

"My family and I rented this flat while on vacation from California. We stayed one night while visiting the Cambridge sights. The flat was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It was walking distance to a Tesco express and there were restaurants nearby. The neighborhood seemed safe and we loved having our own parking space. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the flat. I would highly recommend!"

Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. "
