"The staff were absolutely wonderful and I provided a nice room for my disabled daughter and I on the first floor. The second day my key was not working and the manager actually noticed that it wasn’t working and by the time I turned around to get a new key, he had already met me in the parking lot with a new one! "Hotel cumpre com o prometido, tem excelente localização, bom atendimento, café da manhã básico, mas bom, porém está com aspecto de antigo, escuro, manchas na parede…precisa de uma reforma. "
"The building is old, well cared for with rustic - with character. The bed was comfortable and the room had a small sink. Toilet and shower are communal and I found them to be very clean. There isn't a coffee maker in the room but they bring out coffee in the hallway. There is a wonderful bagel bakery on the same block with coffee if you need it earlier.
I'd definately stay here again but if you want all the usual comforts of a hotel, this is not the place. If you are flexible, it's a fun place...

The hotel itself is top-notch, with 5-star amenities and a staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Room was nice, roof top was sweet.
The cleanliness and facilities I think were nice but only slight bummer was the shared microwave can get a little dirty depending on the other guests. Also, the walls are understandably hotel thin so could hear next room opening drawers and of course when the cleaning service is going on."
