"Stay February of 2025. We've rented a few houses in Rotonda West, and this house by far one of the best houses we stayed at. The location was perfect, quiet and restful. The heated pool was perfect for us northerners. We had all the comforts of home. Vicky, our host, was a pleasure to work with and attended to our requests and issues in a timely manner. Owners are some of the most professional individuals I have worked with in booking vacation homes. Property was easy to find and in a great location, only a short drive to the beach and shopping! The amenities provided were more than expected. After our drive from Orlando it was nice to have snacks and something cold in the fridge upon arrival. ...

"We had never been to Sarasota before and were thrilled with the location of this Vacation Rental. Walking/biking (Legacy Trail) distance to parks, groceries, and museums on a quiet dead end street. Easy access to beaches, theaters, and friends on various Keys. The home itself was super clean and comfortable supplied with everything we might need. The owner was exceptionally respectful of our privacy and immediately responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again."
