"I stayed with my family for Labor Day weekend at this lovely and cozy property. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Warren, the host, was amazing and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The location was great, and the beach was fantastic. For my birthday, I wanted a peaceful long weekend, and this place exceeded all my expectations. The night sky was so clear that we could see all the stars. I’m looking forward to repeating the experience!"

"Even though beach access was a short walk 8 houses down it’s all private beach. The closest place to set up is Stump pass (which is also close) but if you get there after 7am there is no parking and you have to drive north to Blind Pass Beach. Overall was a great trip and would probably stay again. "

"Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked with most things you would need, grocery store not far for specifics you might want. Comfortable furnishings too! The host was always quick to answer ant questions we had. Would recommend this home for anyone searching for a house close to things to do but far enough removed to be quiet and relaxing."

"Great communication with Lisa before and during the stay. Location is right beside public beach access as described. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon/cart were provided. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Located a few minute walk away from multiple bars and restaurants. Sufficient parking for 2 normal sized vehicles. Great for 2 couples or a small friend group. If i return to Siesta Key, I would stay here again. "

"This place was amazing. We did a weekend girls trip for my daughter’s birthday. The cottage was just perfect for the 6 of us. Walking distance to the beach. Took the shuttle to the restaurants. We loved it. We will be booking again in the near future."

"The check in process was absolutely so easy! The house was the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the pool, the kids didn't care to go to the beach. "We had a great stay. Showed up right before tropical storm Debby. On Sunday Nick the owner texted us to be sure we were safe and everything with the house was ok. Thought that was incredibly thoughtful. And the following day he stopped by and cleaned up all the debris the storm left behind. House was very clean and updated . The outside pool area was a lot of fun. Pool was clean and heated. I would definitely stay again and hope to very soon"

"We came down to visit the family and go to the beach. The duplex was wonderful. It was quiet and had plenty of room for the two of us. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. It was super close to the beach as we only had to walk a block over and a block up, so it was great for morning and evening walks on the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We will be sure to stay there again when we come back."
