"The location of this bungalow was great. Even better that the one next to it was vacant at the time. We spent everyday at the beach in front. The beach is amazing. There were plenty of beach towels available. We had to take the beach chairs, umbrella, and noodles from next door which we assumed was the sister property. "Let me start by saying that overall this house was OK for our stay. It was just the 2 of us, so we really didn't need anything bigger. As previous reviews said, the shower is small. However, I'm 6'2" tall and about 240 lbs and I was able to use it without much issue. There are some things about the house that, to someone with an eye for it, need a little attention. "As nice as I expected. I loved the location and how close it was to the beach. It did seem to have a smoking smell in the unit. I just washed everything when I got home. I may have missed that it was ok to smoke. I would definitely rent again without the smell. "

"Our stay at the Kozy Kottage was great. It was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The two minute walk to the beach was easy. The beach was fairly quiet when we were there (not many people). The sunsets were great. The town was nice as well. Tiki Bar and Grille was our favorite place we went back a few times. Locke and Key Restaurant and Farlow on the Water were also good food and service. We plan to come back to Manasota Key in the future and would definitely stay at the Kozy Kottage...

"We came down to visit the family and go to the beach. The duplex was wonderful. It was quiet and had plenty of room for the two of us. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. It was super close to the beach as we only had to walk a block over and a block up, so it was great for morning and evening walks on the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We will be sure to stay there again when we come back."
