When needing to contact the ‘front desk’ via text, they were responsive within a few minutes or less. Would def recommend this place and will plan on coming back when the times comes. "

"Room was large, with kitchen. Free parking and breakfast were provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was close to beach and shopping. Great value for area."

"My sister and I wanted a place near East Beach so we could easily walk everywhere. The place isn't fancy but clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is very quiet. I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics. Next time I won't even rent a car (even though it was no problem finding street parking). We enjoyed walking on the bike path to get coffee and then...

"The host was very accommodating and the bungalow was perfect for a wedding weekend with friends. "

"Hi! we booked for six but had just four. The listing said 3 beds and 3 baths. But the house had only 2 baths which made it tighter than expected, so I'm super glad there were 2 less people. The number of baths was super important and the primary reason I booked it instead of hotel. If the 3rd bath was in the extra $ trailer in back, it was not clear. otherwise, a nice place, albeit tiny. Thank you! "

"Very comfortable home and fabulous view. We were a little alarmed when we arrived and just saw a dirt/gravel driveway and no house!. We found it with no problem and there was plenty of parking. We also loved being able to have our dogs with us. It was a great location for a family wedding with many events taking place downtown."

"Place was clean and pictures represented the home accurately. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Property managers were responsive and check in and out was easy. Night time noise from the street was rather loud and the bedrooms did not have sound machines or tvs to drown it out. TVs in bedrooms would be a nice addition for visitors who would like to decompress in their rooms. Even with this, we would recommend and would stay here again!"
