"Neither pools worked. Clearly for a while. Both cold and no spa options. Overall the property could do with a little love to bring it up to the cost that is being charged. Worked for our gang as all adults. Staff were perfect. Breakfast yummy each day. Captain and Boat trips amazing. Chef option disappointing. Didn't listen to dietary restrictions for the meal. "

"Paradise on earth is that too much. The home was lovely, the amenities were great, the views were beautiful.the staff were so amiable, responsive, and professional. We hired the boat captain to take us to monkey island and zapatilla #2. It was a beautiful day. "This was a unique and amazing place to stay.We loved it!! Lauren was an exceptional host from afar, and the people and places she suggested were all top notch, attentive, and wonderful. The house was so cool! Loved swimming off the front deck and so cool to pick up water taxi rides from our front door! Highly recommend this home for the adventurous types!"

"Old Bank is a community of contrasts. The Jamaican heritage was great, people generally friendly, and genuine. The downside was the massive piles of garbage strewn along the walkways and ocean. "It's just as it looks, incredible. We had a little hiccup upon arrival and Alex fixed it with grace and speed! Jahir was second to none and we had the best time. Already working out dates to rebook for next year. Know that each trip to town is roughly 12 each person/each way, so you should plan in advance when you want to travel in and/or just chill at the bungalow. It's the best adventure. Enjoy! "

"Casa Clearwater exceeded our expectations. We arrived during a pretty decent storm, one that continued throughout our stay. We were able to snorkel and swim during breaks in the weather. "Tropical private paradise. Beautiful rustic bungalow right on aqua waters. We came on off season and felt like we had the island to ourselves. There are kayaks to use as well. If you want more restaurants and life come in the main dry season. There is coral snorkeling nearby and an amazing indigenous guide and chef named Calypso who showed us all the local animals, sloths, monkeys, frogs, caiman and plant medicines. James the host answered any questions or needs we had. Be sure to ask him a lot...

"In love with this oasis. It is beautiful, amazing pool and the place is perfect for a family get away. The beach is beautiful and you can connect with nature. The owner is amazing he even let us borrow coffee. Totally recommended. "

"One of the most extraordinary places we visited during our stay in Panama. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderful stay at a lovely apartment on Colon island. Close to the beach bike trail for quick access to town by bike or short ride from passing taxis and bus. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Made for a wonderful stay on Bocas!the hammock on the front porch was a plus, and the outdoor table made dinner a treat. "

"No contact person on site, accommodation was not available. We are still waiting for the reimbursement of the costs (prepayment). We had to organize a new accommodation in the evening. With a 4 year old child a disaster. No recommendation!"

"Excelente! Tudo estava em perfeitas condições! Os funcionários são prestativos, pude deixar minha mochila enquanto passeava porque não estava no horário do check-in ainda quando cheguei e o quarto não estava pronto. Muito cômodo ter um bom restaurante no próprio hotel e um pier de onde se pode pegar barca para outras ilhas! Eles também oferecem passeios, fiz o de Cayo Zapatilla e foi perfeito!"
