"Great for long walks on beach and shaded pool. Basic kitchen - we enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches at the house. Esteban is a wonderful host - very responsive and helpful. Comes with Bailey the Fox Hound - great beach buddy!"

"The hotel and staff are fantastic and we had a wonderful time. But I am unhappy with the $1000 deposit required at check in. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. None of this made any sense to me and I was left with two $1000 receipts and only one showing a refund of $1000. I don't...

"Maya is incredible! She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She was also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Venao."
