"Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnungen sind aber sehr nah nebeneinander, so dass man bei der Privatsphäre Einschränkungen hinnehmen muss. Im November waren zum Glück nicht alle Wohnungen belegt. Die Wohnung selbst ist tadellos in Ordnung, alles funktioniert im Küchenbereich, Betten ok., Sofa riesig und bequem."

"The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Terrance was big and private. We hadn’t realised that Nissi Beach was quite the party town it turned out to be. It was noisy over the 2 weekends we were there but midweek was lovely. We found the Garens Restaurant to be the best place to eat. Good food, great service and pleasant ambiance."

"Very complicated to find the place. And there was suppose to be a breakfast, but the only thing in the apartment that was eatable was salt, so no breakfast. Complicated communication. Very noisy, we didn’t sleep well at all, and a very uncomfortable bed.. would not recommend. "

"Excellent location to beach, restaurants & shops. A little tricky to initially find since there is a Silver Sands Beach Hotel 1 minute by walking away and this place is Silver Sands Penthouse. We decided not to rent a car because they drive on the left side of road and local buses are only €1.50 each way. Beach lounges are only €2.50 a full day and Fig Tree Beach, a 5 minute walk has the best sand, clearest water anywhere. The penthouse has a perfect view and a professional management. We highly...
