•Bedrooms: There are five bedrooms, two double rooms all with en suite shower rooms on the ground floor. On the first floor one twin room, which has a 2 single beds and another double room, with a bathroom at the end of the corridor and another double room with en-suite shower room.
•Kitchen: There is a large kitchen with a granite worktops and double belfast sink, the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher also a drinks fridge and a large fridge.
•Indoor Spa Area: This area is separate to the house for childrens safety with a separate locking door. The spa has a 4 person sauna with built in cd/mp3 player, a Bubble jacuzzi with waterfall flowing into the indoor 3m x 5.5m heated swimming pool. There is also a washing machine in this area. Also located in the Spa is a downstairs toilet.
•Lounge: The lounge is 30 ft long and is situated on the first floor of the house with French doors opening onto the decked balcony overlooking the garden.The lounge is split into two sections by a central fireplace with a log burner. The first area has a pool table and a small bar area and reading area, in the second section. There are sofas, a large 50inch television with Freesat channels, Netflix, a computer with a selection of arcade games
, board games, and a hifi stereo with mp3 connectivity.
•Staircase: Leading from the kitchen, a staircase up to the first floor minstrels gallery with the lounge and one bedroom leading off it.
•Hallway: Off the lounge there is a hallway with a good size jacuzzi bathroom and the twin room and another double.
•Features: The house is full of features with some modern twists, including original wooden beams and french columbarge walls.
•Outside: Enclosed garden, with a large decking/entertainment area with outdoor sofa's and sunloungers. There is a 3.5meter circular dipping pool surrounded by the decking and pool furniture. There is a B-B-Q area and also a selection of outdoor games for your enjoymen
About the location:
La Huardiere is near the Normandy/Brittany border, situated in the countryside between the towns of Avranches and St Hilaire du Harcouet.
Both towns have banks, supermakets and restaurants and can be reached in approxmatly 20 minutes.
The Beautiful Mont Saint Michel is 30 minuits drive away and the Normandy beaches can be reached in approximatly 2 hours.

How to get here
The nearest Airport is Dinard in Brittany, which is approximately a 45 minute drive, flights can be caught from either East Midlands airport or London Stanstead via Ryanair.
By Ferry we are approximately 45 minutes from St-Malo 1.5hrs from Cherbourg and 2 hours from La Havre all sailing from Portsmouth, and 1 hr from Caen.
By Channel tunnel, we are approximatly 4.5hrs from the channel tunnel.
