Delightful modern and comfortable two-room apartment, located in a lake view residence. Very close to the center of Clusane (reachable on foot) and to all services, bars, restaurants, but in a quiet area. The apartment is modern equipped with all comforts, it has an outdoor area with table, chairs and awning. The shared garden is available to guests where they can place deck chairs for sunbathing a few meters from the lake. Inside, the living area consists of a kitchenette equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, table and chairs and a sofa that converts into a single bed, flat screen TV. The bathroom with shower is simple but spacious. Finally, in the bedroom you will find a large wardrobe. Possibility to park the car reserved parking space right in front of the house.
The heating supplement is €10 per night.
