"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."

"I can't say enough nice things about the apartment! Super clean, so many nice touches (an espresso machine and a Keurig, an AWESOME bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, full length mirror in the bedroom, TV on a swivel mount, little bathroom conveniences in case you forgot something!). Plenty of towels and blankets if needed. It was just me, so it was a perfect spot for a weekend. It would be fine for a couple, or with a small child who could sleep on the couch, but otherwise it might be a...

"Cozy, clean and well located. We had a few questions and they were answered immediately."

"It was awesome! Nothing like a home on the lake. Host and experience was amazing. Will definitely stay again plus I have already told my friends about it. "

"Overall we were happy with our stay. Beginning started out a little annoying. Check in was easy but wasnt communicated until a half hour after we were able to be there and had to call for the code. Walking in, the floor didnt look vacuumed and beds looked unmade/slept in. We spent the first hour remaking beds (clean sheets were in the dryer), vacuuming (we have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth), and getting rid of all the daddy long legs that were posted up towards the ceiling....

"We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃"

"I came here with my 19 yo son and our pup, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we were looking for. A two minute walk to the beach and a short ride to Buffalo - there was enough to do while still being peaceful. The next door neighbors were also very friendly."

"Perfectly suited our needs. We were a family of 7 adults gathering in town for a wedding. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Central location walkable to the stadium. It smelled freshly painted! We had a bit of an issue with check in but the property manager helped us resolve it fairly quickly. We loved the Bills room. We all had our private spaces but could gather in the Bills room for family time. We would definitely stay here again"

"Great communication from the owner and pet friendly! My dogs loved the enclosed yard. Super cute home! "

"Property was clean and comfortable. Our issue was little toilet paper, no paper towels, no salt and pepper. Everything else was great. This property is in a beautiful neighborhood which was very peaceful. This property is located close to everything. We will stay here again"

"The place was perfect for a Bills Game overnight! My only recommendation is to take it easy on the air freshener or frebeeze that is used. It didn't bother us but anyone with any sort of sensitivity to that stuff would not have been comfortable in the house. Just a suggestion. The place was clean, roomy and comfortable! "

"The house had everything you could need for the stay. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. It is not far from anything you needed either. Great host."
