"This place is awesome and the gentleman that owns it is the kindest man you could imagine. It was like staying at my grandfather's house. Nothing fancy, but considering the alternatives in the area, the cleanliness and comfort far exceeded my expectations. Just a couple miles from tippy dam AND he has canoes and kayaks!! 10/10"

"Loved the room, the cleanliness, roominess, comfortable bed, nicely decorated room and outside Didn't like the thin walls between rooms. You will definitely hear your neighbors. Also would be nice to have a fridge and microwave. Overall perfect room. Just needs better soundproofing between rooms "

"The property brought back that nostalgia past! Very clean, beds comfortable! Walk out of your room to a small patio and sit on very nice rockers and stare out on the water and watch the boats go by! If you need all the amenities and outlets in all the rooms, not the place for you! If you want peace and to reflect this is your place! They are updating and working on the electrical! "I felt very comfortable during my stay. The host was extremely friendly and the room was clean and cozy. Overall, the place was well equipped, and the surrounding area is beautiful – perfect for relaxing. Just a small note: I missed having a charging outlet right next to the bed to easily charge my phone overnight. Other than that, everything was great – I’d definitely stay here again!"
