"Satisfied with the house and amenities, other than the kitchen area ,specifically the range/stove top being greasy and in need of a good overall cleaning. The cleaning crew appears in need of being followed up especially with the cleaning charges . The yard needs some tidying up and the back of the house / porch needs exterior cleaning.."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin, though primitive, did offer four folding chairs, firewood, some cooking supplies, inside table and chairs, and a nice bed. We enjoyed cooking over the open fire, fishing at the river, and enjoying nature's beauty! The porta-potties (2) were clean and had tissue and hand sanitizer. It was great there were solar lights (2) inside the cabin, and one as a porch light. We drove less than 1/2 hour to VA Mountain Vineyards and had a wonderful time with a glass...

"Clean, well stocked kitchen. Beds are queens and probably need new mattresses. Bedside tables are tiny. There is one bathroom upstairs with a small shower and one half bathroom downstairs. The A/C works well despite the high 90s each day. The large kitchen/dining area and TV area were perfect for our couples get together."

"A cute little cabin in a good location for our needs. Many things to do all over the place from the cabin. There is road noise both from Interstate 64 and from Midland Trail on both sides of the property, but it wasn't bothersome. To sleep and in the evenings was the only time spent at the cabin, so much to see around the area. Overall, we had a very nice six night stay."
