"O hotel é gigantesco, com várias atividades (ioga, vôlei, shows, tênis, várias piscinas), mas em comparação com allinclusives do Caribe o serviço da equipe do hotel não é tão atencioso. Ha várias opções de restaurantes e os mais sofisticados precisam de reserva, gostamos de todos. O buffet do café da manhã é super variado, mas as bebidas do allinclusives são locais e os drinks (fora feitos do night bar) não eram bons... Ficamos na cerveja. Coisas que não ficavam claras pelo site quando...

"please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you...

"We stayed for one night, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. However, we were disappointed with the sea view from our room. The balcony wall was too high and made of concrete, obstructing the view significantly. The sea view was also partial and quite distant, which did not meet our expectations. The front desk staff tried to assist us by offering another room, but unfortunately, the view was still not as we had hoped. Despite this, all the staff were very friendly and made our stay...
