Both have French doors that lead out to the garden. There is also your very own cinema room with a 4K projector, sound system and integrated lighting for the real movie experience. On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a light and bright reception hall with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with natural light and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From here, you can head to the living room that has comfy sofas, a 50-inch Smart television with streaming services and direct access to the glorious sun terrace through the bi-fold doors. The exceptional open-plan kitchen/dining area is every budding chef’s dream. The bespoke kitchen is fully integrated with quality appliances including a triple oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and large fridge freezer. All of this is centred around the extensive breakfast island and large dining table making this a great space to all come together. You can also enjoy your meals alfresco on the south-facing sun terrace. A handy boot room is situated just off the kitchen and hosts laundry facilities and plenty of additional storage including a walk-in pantry.
