This stylish house rests on the edge of Ipswich town centre, a 5-minute walk to the Waterfront/Marina.
Recently refurbished to a high standard with all the mod cons makes this house perfect for a family, couple, or group of friends looking for a homely place to return to after a day of adventure. The property is also suited to contractors/corporates working in the surrounding area. The property comes with free on-street parking, a 1-min walk from the house.
With a fully integrated kitchen, stylish lounge, and separate dining room, you have everything you need for the perfect home away from home experience. The comfy lounge comes equipped with cosy seating (including a double sofa bed) and a large smart TV including Netflix and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen opens up onto a lovely private patio garden with outside tables and chairs. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (which can be configured into 4 single beds or 2 king size beds) with a large modern family bathroom with shower over a bath.

The 250-berth Ipswich Haven Marina opened in 2000 and its' yachts have brought a continental flair to the waterfront. You really have everything on your doorstep with this lovely accommodation.
Boasting a home away from home feeling with all bed linen and towels included, you are just a short drive away from two Areas of Outstanding Beauty; Suffolk Coast & Heaths and Dedham Vale. Other places of interest include the beautiful Suffolk beaches at Aldeburgh and Covehithe, Christchurch Park (over 70 acres of landscaped lawns!), and the Grade 1 listed Christchurch Mansion.
For guests working in the area, Ipswich Hospital is located just 2 miles from the house. British Telecom's global research development HQ is located just 6 miles away on the Adastral Park. Adastral Park comprises of over 150 companies within the high-tech ICT/digital industry and so is perfect for corporates staying in the area.
Please note the front of the house is located on a busy road. All windows are double glazed to keep road noise to a minimum.
You will access your keys via a keysafe next to the front door. The code for this will be sent to you the day before your arrival.
You will have access to the whole house and garden area
During work hours you will be able to contact me through airbnb or my phone number, which you will receive before your stay.
During out of hours you can also leave a message on Airbnb or in an emergency call our fantastic customer service team who are available 24 hours a day.
There is always someone for you to speak to if you have any issues while you stay.
