"Hotel é bem estranho e diferente. Como cheguei tarde da noite para os padrões californianos no inverno, 7:45 pm, estava todo deserto, claro né aqui é o deserto, escuro, assustador e estranho. Mas na verdade estava tudo certo. Era só a impressão errada devido a circunstância. Mas se alguém tivesse me avisado, ficaria mais seguro. De manhã o visual é magnífico, vale a pena a experiência, mas tem de saber antes. Na limpeza, tinha uma mega aranha no box, mas é o. deserto, tinha poeira na persianas....

"It was a lovely cabin maybe a bit small but most are. Its proximity to the main road was a bit challenging. Also we weren’t informed notice of the location up the hill until a few days before our trip date and by then it was too late to cancel. Furthermore if you choose this property be prepared for a winding road up the hill. Overall a pleasant experience at the property itself with spectacular views."

"One of the most beautiful we’ve stayed in, really showcases the mighty Kern river and the glorious backdrop that is the Kern River Valley. "We just finished a really peaceful, relaxing week at Sequoia National Park. The house was a good base located just inside the park. The weather being unseasonably hot made the house a little warm in the afternoon thanks to the huge windows, but it was much more comfortable after the sun went down. It’s not a luxury property, but if you want a convenient location with lots of character, this is a great place."

"My husband and I booked this trip to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. My daughter has also been asking to go camping for at least a year and we weren’t ready to buy all the equipment. "We were 7 people staying at this house for a night. We thought the common area queen bed was set up, until later we realized that we had to set up the blowup mattresses ourselves. But it was too late that we found out and realized the blow-up mattresses were in one of the closets the next morning via the reply from the host. It would be nice if this was informed before we arrived. Eventually, the host sent a very informative and detailed message regarding the check-in just not the blowup...

"The Ash mountain suite is a beautifully appointed oasis with a spectacular view of the mountains. The water feature and native birds at the feeders were the only sounds. Much needed after a day in Sequoia. Morning coffee outside was terrific. So sorry we could only stay one night!"

"We travel a lot and due to food allergies, have to stay places with a kitchen so that we can prepare our own food. This property probably had one of the most well-equipped kitchens we have ever had. We never found ourselves 'doing without'. As for the rest of the house, no complaints. We had plenty of room to spread out and found the location to be great for our excursions into the surrounding area."

"We had a great time here. Because you can spend so much time outside on the porch, there was plenty of room for our family of 4. We enjoyed going to the river and fishing on the property and just hanging on the river. Would recommend staying here!"

"Accessibility to park and restaurants convenient. The cabin was very tidy and clean inside. Cabin definitely needs some repairs to help keep the flying and crawling night insects out. A good sealing around wall AC and door frames is needed. Old windows in bedrooms. One window doesn’t close all the way so flying little bugs come in through the screens."
