"The hotel was excellent and set in a stunning location! The services were great, there is plenty to do and see. The staff were exceptional in all aspects and made our stay even better. We really enjoyed the food and drink and found it to be of a high standard. Overall our stay here was great and would happily come back. I highly recommend a visit!"

The shower was the only downside--it was very hard to get the water to turn on and the water pressure was weak."

Perfect stay in Loch Lomond suite number 4 with splendid uninterrupted views over the loch. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this hotel."
