"Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer. Disappointed that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the bathroom Apart from that we would come back as it is very spacious. "

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! A nice, straightforward, and easy 35 minute walk to the center of Inverness. We had 5 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 2) and there was plenty of space for all of us. It got a bit toasty at times with no AC, but we made it work. The washer/dryer combo took a long time to wash and dry, and we could never figure out how to turn on the hot water to the bathtub (those things were probably on us), but overall was a clean and cozy stay; it was our favorite...

"Welcomed by Keith who talked us through everything in relation to breakfast, our room etc. Everything was perfect. Hubby was happy as coffee machine in our room! Spacious, large en-suite with good shower. Loved the ‘hair straightener’ slate on the dressing table to ensure no burn marks left - I used that. Huge choice for breakfast. Lovely room to eat it in. The property is in a great position. Would definitely recommend & return. "

"The home was comfortable, gracious and a perfect setting for quiet time, long walks and day trips to highlights of the Highlands. We visited Loch Ness, Dunrobin castle, Inverness and Aviemore, but also enjoyed the fields and trails available right out the front door. A lovely home ina locely spot. "

"We stayed at the Rose Cottage in July 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gregor answered every question we had in a very timely manner and even gave us a ride to the train station on our last day. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was also very helpful to have a washer and dryer to use in the middle of our trip. Thank you Gregor!"

"We had the most stunning holiday at New Brachkashie! From the moment you enter the cottage you feel at home. It’s cosy, warm, beautifully decorated and has the best view from the kitchen table! During our stay we explored Fort Augustus and nearby places but the biggest adventure was on the islands of loch Knockie that we reached by cottage boat! Most incredible memories for our children! Can’t wait to be back!"

"Clava Cottage couldn't be better located! A quick walk to the bridge and you are in the heart of the city and great food. My husband and I, along with our three children (14,12,9) enjoyed our stay in Inverness (3 nights). The flat was a great home base after exploring all day. Great family room for us all to eat together and enjoy a movie! Two bathrooms and ample space for the kids (they stayed upstairs). It was nothing fancy but just what we needed. Gregor left some essentials in the kitchen...

"Loved our stay! Views are incredible- everything we needed for cooking meals was there. Water pressure in the shower was wonderful and it’s a gorgeous easy drive into Inverness for any adventure. Even had some wildlife visit- perfect wee cottage to enjoy quiet and nature!"
