"On the first morning of my stay, the coffee maker in my room failed to work, but the kind chamber lady in the hallway quickly switched it out and it did work thereafter. I discovered also on my first morning. There was only lukewarm to very cool water in the shower, which was rather disappointing."

"This is the perfect place to stay if you just need a convenient place to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is very central and within very easy walking distance to multiple restaurants. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The price was great. I would definitely stay here again. "

After showing him confirmation emails, he reluctantly gave us a room but said we may have to move when the manager arrives. Fortunately, we did not hear from the manager and fell asleep before the noise began"

"Our check in process was not so smooth because the lady that was assisting us seemed to have some issues with the computer. After waiting for a while, she also was confused on if we made the payment (payment was made in full months prior to our trip). We ended up spending an extra 30 minutes (in addition to the longer period of time spent on check in) in our room to try to connect with someone at Hotels.com to clarify the payment situation. "We stayed for an extended weekend, had a great time was able to accommodate babies and adults. With different area to host both. Kitchen was large and spacious enough for multiple cooks. Hottub was great. Saw various deer around the home kept the children entertained. Room for 2 minivans and truck pulling snowmobiles. Overall great home in close proximity to snowmobiling trails. Would stay again! "
