Living Room:
Large windows let in all the natural light you could wish for, with views of the Purcell Mountains. Turn on the gas fireplace and watch the sun slowly set over top of the mountains. Or cozy up and watch a movie on the large 55” Smart TV. Step outside to spend your time on the sizeable second-story deck for family meals or to sit, have a drink and take in your surroundings.
Kitchen:
This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals! The large island includes a sit-up bar with seating for four.

Downstairs:
You’ll find a large, comfortable living area/recreation room on the bottom floor. Walk out to the ground-level patio from the downstairs living room to enjoy the private hot tub. With its large sectional, 75” Smart TV, and shuffleboard table, the downstairs living area will ensure everyone in your group stays entertained.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use.
Parking
You will have access to the garage and driveway during your stay. Please note that visitor parking spaces are extremely limited in this area, and we recommend carpooling to best accommodate your group. Additionally, note that the parking of trailers is prohibited in the complex. If you require trailer parking, please contact us prior to booking.
Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text or the tablet provided on the property if you need us for any reason.

In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveler.

● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.
● Kinsmen Beach (2 mins): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.
● The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s market.
● Radium Hot Springs (17 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
● The Whiteway (2 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.
You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley!
House Rules:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
2. Parties will not be permitted on the property.
3. Pets allowed under 50 lbs.
4. There is no smoking permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a fee for odour removal.
5. We ask that you please respect the neighbours as they are great people.
6. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
7. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery with a $30.00 fee.
8. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours after. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub that you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more then 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00
