"…. Well, not exactly in “woods” but a very private setting , and for this “nature lover” traveler it was a great find. "We wanted a winter getaway, and Don's cabin was the perfect escape! The private lakefront property, spacious accommodations, and hot tub were everything we hoped for! The house was well stocked, incredibly clean, and exactly as described. The location was also very convenient for local hikes and downtown.We will definitely return in the summer or fall. "

"This property was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of Watkins Glen. The cabin was in an excellent location, close to town for dining and shopping, we enjoyed our stay , everything is provided for you and is spacious and clean. "The yurt was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning stove almost every night, played lots of puzzles and games, and enjoyed sightseeing in the area. We would have enjoyed getting to know the sheep and chickens a little (we were visited regularly by two handsome black kitties), but alas we couldn't find a time. Next time!"
