"Der Check-In war total unkompliziert. Wir sind spät angekommen und konnten dann einen kontaktlosen Check-In machen. Der Pool war aufgrund der vorherigen Regenfälle ein bisschen trüb, aber die Besitzerin kam fast täglich und hat sich um die Reinigung gekümmert. Wir konnten unbedenklich diesen nutzen und hatten wirklich keine Nachteile. "Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist älter aber der Zustand ist völlig okay und sauber. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick. Achtung: Der Gastgeber kann kein Englisch, daher ist es sinnvoll eine Übersetzungsapp zu verwenden. Zudem muss die Touristensteuer vor Ort in bsr bezahlt werden, daher sollte man schauen dass man passend bezahlen kann. "

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Die nächsten größeren Orte sind in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im Hochsommer fehlt hier leider eine Klimaanlage. Es kann sehr heiß werden und es kühlt nachts nicht ab. "

"We stayed as a group of 5 in September and loved it so much. We had ample living space and room to cook and host. We especially loved watching the sunset while eating dinner up in the tower. The pool area was clean and well maintained and the temperature was refreshingly cool. The cats that roamed the property were very sweet. There was space to park our hire car too. We were so impressed with the beauty of this property- we would absolutely stay here again. "

"Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder und hatten genug Platz. Im OG hat es ein Zimmer mit Panoramablick. Selva liegt sehr zentral für Ausflüge. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Parksituation. Wir mussten zum Teil 300 m weiter unten parken.Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns gut erholt."

"Wir hatten eine super Woche.Eine wunderbare Finca,bestens ausgestattet,schöner Garten mit viel Natur (Mückenspray nicht vergessen). Bei top Wetter war der Pool natürlich goldwert. "Der Aufenthalt bei Margarita war sehr schön. Das Haus biete Ruhe und alles, was man für einen gelungenden Aufenthalt braucht. Hervorzuheben ist das Konzept der Nachhaltigkeit, welches von Margarete bei dem Haus umgesetzt wurde. So wird das Haus durch Solar bzw. Photovoltaik mit Strom versorgt und Wasser erwärmt. Ich kann das Haus von Herzen empfehlen"

"We booked this chalet for 5 days / 4 nights in May for two people. The check in was super easy, we had contact with the host via whatsapp and they were super flexibel for our arrival. The property is very big, with a parking spot and an amazing private pool. We visited Soller a few times cause its only a 15min drive. Our stay was amazing, we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back for more. "
