"Our family of 11, ages 6-73 enjoyed the rental as a launch point for our various activities. We found Golden to be a fun town with lots to do nearby.There were a number of restaurants in Golden, but we took turns cooking in the rental and found it to be the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever visited. The appliances, pots and pans, as well as presence of foil and baggies, were all a nice surprise. "The chalet is in a quiet area with a lovely view of Kicking Horse area and surrounding mountains. It was easy to find and easy driving distance to Golden and Banff. The beds are comfortable, hot tub, steam shower were perks after long days of travel. The chalet was very clean and comfortable for our family. Gabriel is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely week there, relaxing, enjoying family dinner and game nights, even roasted marshmallows and had s'mores on the deck by...

"This is a wonderful pet-friendly location. Clean and quiet. Easy for dog-walking and playground just down the hill. Heather is an amazing easy going host who provided an excellent selection of breakfast items and checked in midweek for refills. She even dropped off fresh plums after visiting a farm. Accommodation is perfect for a couple but also has pull out couch and a large dog bed. Full sized fridge and micro with hotplate and electric wok and in suite W/D and AC. Nothing was lacking. ...

"The home was clean and spacious. Large deck with nice view of the lake. Our host was very gracious by leaving a welcome fruit basket for us when we arrived. Would stay here again and recommend it for anyone wanting a Penticton getaway. "
