"Já na chegada tivemos de pagar uma taxa de limpeza de 50.00 euros, que não estava prevista no nosso orçamento. Trata-se de uma taxa sobre a qual eles até falam na aba "condições" no site do Hoteis.com. Sugiro ao site explicitar esse tipo de taxa na aba do pagamento. A questão é que cobram esta taxa, mas o quarto permanece sujo, sem arrumação durante toda a estadia. Pelo preço conjunto que pagamos poderíamos ter encontrado outro hotel com café da manhã incluso e limpeza. "

"We stayed 4 nights. The apartment is very well located, easier for us to enjoy the most from the city. Within walk distance to major tourist destinations and also public transport. We need to check-in at other hotel, which is a few minutes walk, and to access the apartment you need to go through a cafe, which is very unusual, but the people were very friendly, and after a while, it does not feel strange anymore. We happy with the apartment and definitely would stay there again. "

"+ gute Lage zur Autobahn + einfacher self-check-in + Tiefgarage vorhanden ohne Aufpreis - Leider kann die Kochniesche nicht richtig genutzt werden, da im Raum kein Tisch vorhanden ist um vernünftig Essen zu können - Kaffeekapseln waren nicht aufgefüllt - Zu wenig Licht im Bad - Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage sehr steil und Kurve mit engem Radius. Bei größeren Autos (getestet mit Opel Insignia) nur für sichere Fahrer zu empfehlen "

Appartement situé dans un quartier résidentiel tranquille à deux pas du centre-ville. Très bien équipé. La salle de bain est petite et il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, mais le charme de l’endroit, son caractère authentique, son emplacement et sa vue compensent pleinement! "

"Nach einer Nacht habe ich dieses unappetitliche Appartement verlassen. Die Dame an der Rezeption erklärte mir auf meine Beschwerde, ich könne für den Preis nichts besseres erwarten. Über diese Frechheit war ich entsetzt! Ich habe die Vermieter per Mail angeschrieben und mein Geld für die 4 bezahlten Wochen zurück verlangt. Aber noch nicht einmal eine Antwort bekommen. "Everything you need and an easy bus ride to the centre. Buy your bus tickets from the machine by the shops/bakery (5mins walk away). A clean place, with comfy bedding, also a cool little place to buy in season produce the hosts grow such as raspberries, yoghurt, honey and potatoes. There was a shop and a bakery 5minutes walk away for anything else, and a 2hour (approximately) great walk up behind the property along a waterfall we would also recommend. Thank you!"

"Great apartment in a smart residential area of Innsbruck, near the Olympic stadium. Easy to get the bus into the centre or drive. Walking to the centre is only about 15 mins. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The sofa bed in the sitting room was very comfortable and our family of 4 did not feel crowded at all. The check in was very easy - all the doors and gates were on key pads, which was more convenient than keys. We loved visiting the Christmas markets of Innsbruck...

"First, let me say that Benjamin and Christian the property owners were very responsive. We had several problems during our stay that they really tried to fix and usually responded within minures. One of the problems was not permanently fixed while we were there which was very annoying, but not because they didn't try. A permanent fix was coming after we left. The unit is a 30 minute walk from town, but an easy bus ride to town with frequent service. 8 miinute walk to a very good grocery. ...
