"This property was very clean and had beautiful views. We had a group of 9 adults and there was room for everyone to spread out. "House was decent but there were several items than needed repaired. Coffee table in living room. Microwave handle. Several lights not working. Couch in den was stained all over. Master shower curtain was about 1 ft off the ground leaving an open area and water got in the floor. Outside back porch and garage area had leaves and debris that kept getting tracked in. We had to sweep several times a day. Mailbox was broken so we had a hard time finding the house when we arrived."

"We booked 3 nights to spend some time with family in both North and South Carolina. Dellene is a delighit! it was like staying with a friend. Her pups are precious and welcomed our girl as one of the family. The sounds of the river and her beautiful windchimes make it sound like you are in heaven. "We rented this home for an out of state baseball tournament. The home was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with a wide variety of appliances. Small coffee maker, so if you are like us, be prepared to make several pots. No complaints. The host is very responsive and a really nice person. Downtown Greer is within walking distance."

"This was a great place to stay for events in Greenville (for us, the GVL Jazz Fest). Utterly clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, well-appointed and spacious home. Very convenient to the SRT for biking & walking, an easy short drive to GVL, truly fabulous TR farmers market Saturday a.m., and fun, friendly, non-touristy shops in TR itself. We would love to come back - soon, if at all possible."

"Always stay here. We love it! The neighborhood is quiet (aside from the rooster) and neighborly but it is very close to highways to get you where you want to go. The owner is very accommodating and helpful and we just love the whole experience!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greenville. The house was super cute and very clean. Decorated very stylish and beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and comfortable. The outdoor are is huge and fenced in. I wish we had more time to use the outdoor entertaining area with fire pit. The host was excellent in communication. Very relaxing place to stay and convenient to downtown Greenville."

"This cabin is absolute heaven on earth. Beth was available if needed and was correct about us needing a four wheel drive (off the ground) vehicle to reach the cabin. We will definitely be back. Thanks Beth for providing us with a break from our hectic lives."

"We loved the house and how well it was equipped with everything we needed for the week. Our pup loved the big backyard and made some new dog friends while we were there. Everything was almost perfect. I think the only suggestion I would add is to place a fan in the primary bedroom because it was warm in that room. Thanks for making our stay nice!"

Not THAT good as the website brings.
"As expected from the chain, beautiful rooms, lobby, etc. Very well located. However, it is not a grade 9 like it was pointed out by the website. I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. For the breakfast, I had to get 4 dirty knives before I found the first clean. Breakfast is as simple as the ones offered by half-price hotels. Nothing better because it was a Hyatt one. Mattresses are too soft. The bedroom and bathroom well renovated and very clean. "
