"Easy walking area leading to the Trestle is why I picked this hotel. It was better than expected though! I booked with a few family members and they have the hotel as different Buildings. We got all our rooms in one building private to the other guests. Parking is easy off the main road. Bed was firm but comparable to regular hotel beds. Pillows were great. Shower pressure good as well. No complaints other than our toilet clogged, but staff was friendly about the situation."

"Perfect getaway for two! Everything we love about being outdoors without camping- fire pit hang within the trees and the perfect distance from the ocean. It was great. The tiny house & bathroom were cozy & charming and the host was warm & super friendly! Already thinking of our next visit! "

"The house was adorable and perfect for our relaxed little family of four and fur kids. We are easy going and really don’t need too much. With that said it was a rainy weekend and the walk from our vehicle to the house was extremely wet, socks, shoes, bottom of pants soaked. A nice little stepping stone walkway would be awesome. But unlike the rest of my family I packed rain boots and didn’t have an issue. The area was serene the hike to the beach definitely a crows mile, we didn’t ever end up...

"This was the main highlight of our fun vacation in Fort Bragg / Mendocino. The house is right at the border of the forest and has excellent views of the both the forest and the ocean. Keep at least a night to view the sunset from the bed as viewing the sunset is worth it from the house when you're not on the beach. The greenhouse / glasshouse attached to the house was where we ate most meals as a family under the stars. Seeing deer wandering around while sipping on wine was the best combination...

"There is a strong sulfur smell in the water, to the point that we chose to head into town to purchase drinking water and to shower after we got home. The check in book claims it is harmless, but we couldn't get past the smell."

"Great location....cottage has just about everything you need. Gas fireplace was delightful. We had a very relaxing stay. The first bedroom mattress was a tad uncomfortable/old but we made due. Being able to hear the ocean, ride bikes or walk to the beach, and get to town in min are a huge plus!!"

"It was very nice and relaxing. Enjoyed as everything described in listing. Easy drive to area attractions. Only negative was the back porch was very dirty. That said, we did mention it to the property manager and they offered to come and clean it. Would definitely stay again. "

"Having all the games, puzzles and toys stored where they are was not what we wanted to look at in the living room. Put that stuff in the game room garage. Some instructions for the TV would have been great as we spent most of the time trying to figure out how to watch it! Same for the fire pit! Front door lock needs some directions also. Perhaps, a deep cleaning is due."

"Overall it was a place to sleep and eat and shower. We had to fix the glass shower doors because they were off the tracks. The bathroom door took full physical strength to make it latch by lifting up and pushing in. It was cold inside, couldn't find a heater. Exterior needs a lot of upkeep. The old decking was very slippery and so is the green painted concrete, some of the decking on the walkway was loose and there was a piece that was already broken when we got there. And not 100% sure why the...
