"We adored this cabin. We wanted a private, clean, and spacious place to stay and THIS WAS IT! Its cozy, well-stocked, and the property manager was super responsive. We enjoyed the giant Jenga, hot tub, and comfy bed. I will say the driveway has a steep turn and you will need AWD if there is snow or ice but we made it up fine in clear weather driving a Kia Soul. We will definitely book again. "

"We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. We will definitely come back and stay again! Dirt Days was a lot of fun for us and my nephews. The vendors were very friendly. The town has a lot of cool history."

"The location of this home was so conveniently located for us. It was spacious and just what we needed!"

"It was a really nice modern cabin. They supplied all kitchen utensils and towels so you don't have to bring much"

"The owners keep this place well stocked with stuff you might need. Bandaids! Bug spray! Tons of towels and wash rags. Dish soap. Paper towel. I even saw a spare phone charger and cord! We did this vs a hotel while visiting family in town. One night we hosted a bbq and cooked burgers and dogs. The grill, the picnic table, the comfy Adirondack chairs, and the extra folding chairs came in real handy that night. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking! "

"I reserved this place for employees we had working in the area. This place was perfect for their needs. They each had their own bedroom and bathroom, add in the comforts of home and it was the perfect place for them to relax after a long days work. Everything was clean, check in was easy, wifi worked great. The host is excellent! We communicated back and forth several times. She is exceptionally responsive and informative."

"I highly recommend Rosie's Roadhouse. We had a group of 4 visiting to ride motorcycles at Hatfield McCoy. The property location is terrific... right next to the trailhead. Gas, food, and groceries are pretty close too. The property is clean, nicely decorated, and has a great fire pit area too. The owner is fantastic. They communicated very well with us throughout the process. They also went above and beyond by having trail passes ready for us on the table when we arrived. Can't recommend this...

"Came down to Pikeville to see Jeff Dunham's Comedy Show and had a blast. Motel is located just a few blocks from the venue, so it was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable too. Staff was very nice."

"My son lives in Pikeville, and we love staying at this hotel. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, and the complimentary breakfast is amazing (try the Banana nut waffles!) Thank you to the staff for always being so welcoming and caring!"
