"Check in process was easy and convenient. The house was located in a good neighborhood and easy to find. i personally love that the house was not overly decorated as we have small children so less for them to get into. Even though we did not need the kitchen for our stay, it did seem to be stocked very well. There was plenty of space to park as well. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our family. "

"We had a lovely time at this spacious home in Victoria. We are four cousins coming from Houston, San Antonio and Corpus Christi. Victoria turned out to be the most central location. We had excellent communication with Tracy before, during and after our stay. She was very responsive to any of our needs or questions. "This place is the most amazing place to stay in Victoria. I'm from Victoria and moved to Houston and always stay in hotels. But I will not be doing that ever again. The quiet and beautiful scenery, the duck ponds, the atmosphere, is all peaceful. The cabin was decorated so CUTE! Everything was provided from pots, dish ware, cooking utensils and silverware. A tv in both bedrooms with and the living room. You can't beat the price and also the proximity to downtown. I could not recommend this...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Both of the nights we stayed there the main lobby gathering space was reserved for private parties, which was a bummer as we had planned to sit down there with our friends and watch the game. Would be better to reserve a private space for parties rather than the main gathering space that hotel guests really only have access too. Other than that, everything was good."

"It was a fun place to be. Good fishing off the dock. The only thing that didn’t work well was the internet, it wouldn’t work for the tv very well. So take a hotspot. Depending on time of year mosquitoes were awful as well, but to be expected since you’re on the bay pretty much. Overall a great place"

Lots of pallets and dirt around, as well as tools and equipment that did not look organized near the steps. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but bearable.
