Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

This vacation home opens to a large living room with a gourmet kitchen. Master Suite 1 is located to the left of entrance doors and features a King-sized Bed, 50-inch Insignia Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and his and her vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located across bedroom 7 and features a King-sized Bed, 55-inch LG Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Suite 3 is located to the right of the entrance doors and features a Queen-sized Bed, reach-in closet, and access to the back patio. Attached Casita Suite 4 is accessible through the front courtyard and features a Full-sized Bed, 43-inch Dynex Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard.
