Our three bedrooms promise a restful sleep with top-quality linens and extra pillows. Each bedroom comes with ample storage and room-darkening shades for privacy. The two spotless bathrooms contain bathtubs and we provide essentials like body soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Our goal is to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, hence guests will have access to the entire home and the back deck. The property has a seamless self-check-in via a keypad, providing you with the freedom to arrive at your own pace.

The property includes free parking on the premises for your vehicle. Furthermore, free street parking is also an option if you have extra vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Located just north of Indianapolis in between Fall Creek Place and Historic Meridian Park. You are in an extremely central location. The neighborhood itself is quiet with the usual city noise. With only a few homes on the road you are bound to enjoy your stay here.

Getting Around:
With private parking located around back you are only a short drive to everything. If you prefer to walk or bike the Monon trail is only about a block away. Ride share apps such as Uber and Lyft pick up within minutes!

Other Things to Note:
There are 2 cameras on the property. They are EXTERIOR CAMERAS only. One on the back and one on front. For your safety and ours, they are motion activated and can be remotely accessed. There is a noise sensor in the living room that specifically monitors sound levels and does not record audio.
