Summary:
This Apartment is perfect for anyone looking to visit the heart of downtown. It has a beautiful atmosphere and provides more amenities than your normal hotel. You'll have a lot more space to stretch out and relax. This apartment is a quick 10 min drive to the convention center, Lucas Oil Stadium, & Bankers Life Fieldhouse. You are within reach of everything downtown has to offer without the hustle and bustle of the busy city.

The Space:
Some Unique features are your own Porch with front door lock box self-check-in access. You have fast Wi-Fi and a Roku TV with Netflix & Hulu. The living room is spacious with high ceilings and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The full kitchen has a new gas grill top cast iron stove. We also provide cookware, dishes, & utensils for all of our great guests. Our private parking lot is designated for our guests and is free. It is located directly behind the apartment & will hold a minimum of 4 cars.

Guest Access:
Once you have secured your reservation you'll check in after 4 p.m. with the given 4 digit code provided to you. Only you will have full access to the apartment for the extent of your reservation. You also have access to the private parking directly behind the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is quite and has mostly families and grandparents as neighbors.

Getting Around:
You may use Uber or Lyft or Taxi. Getting a rental car would also give you the best access to all of what Indy has to offer. Also taking the Bus which has a stop on the main street before turning into the neighborhood our apartment is located.

Other Things to Note:
You also have fast and easy self check in so you may come at the best time that suits you and your travel needs, no need to check in with me. Most guests love how cute and relaxing the tiger suite is with all the best amenities you need such as fast wifi, A smart Roku TV with access to free Netflix and Hulu, as well as fluffy towels and comfy linens. Your host is very responsive and ready to help with anything you may need while you stay. We appreciate you giving us a chance to provide the best hospitality while you travel. Allow us to host a wonderful stay for you!
The shopping is amazing with one of the biggest malls in the State "The Circle Center Mall" which houses the Regal Cinema Movieplex with a connecting parking garage. We also provide you with free private parking directly behind us. You have at your disposal a full kitchen, Living room & Master bedroom.

I am readily available through your messaging portal. You also will have access to my phone number once booked where you can text or call me.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Place was cute and clean. One of the neighbors didn't make the best impression thinking we were pointing at his property when coming home from event. Threatened to shot us if we went to the door. Made me feel a little less welcome and safe in the neighborhood

No frills all the way
Bring your own towels, note there are no closets or racks to hang anything and the mattress is long overdue for replacement. No dresser, light fixture covers just bulbs in the ceiling, n9 outside bulbs that worked on back porch or any lighting down the dark alleyway from back parking to front door. One tiny hand soap and one disinfectant wipe provided. Listing notes host lovingly leaves makeup wipes so you don't use their towels, but the wipes are one package of open wipes- during a pandemic. Stovetop is fine. Don't plan to bake. We are not high maintainamce or bougee, this place needs a lot of TLC. Thankfully we were only there to sleep, sadly, looking at the filthy air duct while the TV would not connect to Hulu was off to the right so you woild have to sit sideways on the bed to watch. For under $500 thus place could look fantastic and the hosts could charge more.

Fine for the cost
First night the heater was making so much noise that I had to turn it off to sleep and froze in the process. Emailed owners and heard back the next day and they ended up fixing it but first night was terrible. Location is fine, reasonably close to downtown. Bed is unbelievably squeaky. Every time I turned over it was super loud. For the price it was fine, but come with ear plugs.

You get what you pay for
First the good: Ciara and Sean were very communicative. It was cheap Wifi and netflix were great Had the bare minimum requirements for vrbo There were 2 bottles of water and 2 packets of oatmeal provided Small amount of coffee provided Shower and hot water were good One little bar of soap provided Electric lock works well Now the not so good: Furnished with donations that didn’t sell at a garage sale Bathroom vanity is completely cracked Bed is old and uncomfortable and boxspring has a huge stain on it All ceiling lights are just a light bulb Windows are very dirty inside Coffee maker is very dirty There was one bowl No kitchen linens All cabinet handles in the kitchen are mismatched The biggest complaint I have is that the furnace made noise like someone playing the drums the entire time it was running. When I told the host, she said they would stop by and check it out. It was not repaired for my second night. It woke me up just about every time it ran. She said after I left that she had the maintenance person come over, but it was not fixed and she never communicated that she actually stopped by to look until after I mentioned it. She has a sign up asking for 5 star reviews. This is definitely not a 5 star stay. No matter how you look at it. One of the neighbors commented to me “I don’t know why anyone would vacation in our neighborhood.”

Great price and clean studio
They never sent me a code until I called messaged and emailed 15mins after sitting outside for the code. Got inside to sleep from a delayed flight and the people renting upstairs didn't let me sleep. They were up all night. I didn't get to sleep until 5am. I reached out to the property manager and no response all day. I couldn't risk another night of no sleep so I paid over $100 to get a rapid covid test done to just go home if I was negative. I just came back from taking care of my brother who had covid and didn't want to go home until I got a negative test result back which I was going to get by Wednesday for free. I was very pleased with the property itself but the upstairs renters forced me to checkout 2 day early. I still haven't heard back from anyone and I was forced because of the communication was not there. Im very upset and frustrated with how vrbo not revolving this matter.

The host is alway ready to answer any questions that may come up, the apartment looks nice, with everything nice and clean, also the neighborhood is really quite, I was in town for work, and will stay there again when I come back to Indianapolis

Super- clean, lovely hostess, bare basics, interesting neighborhood, for 2 adults
This place was super-clean and remodeled. Beautiful dark floors and clean fresh linens. The small tv with Netflix was fine though my spouse was shocked to see such a tiny tv. I missed having a side or coffee table for a drink or snack. I would say this place is fine for 2 adults who want to sleep together. There is a fold out futon that could work for a child but not really comfortable or long enough for another adult. Not really comfortable to sit on for very long. There is also no bedroom door so if two couples stayed together there would be no privacy. There is a lacy curtain hanging there. Also no extra linens other than the blanket on the bed. I brought in a blanket from my car. Nothing extra for watching tv or for the other bed in the closet, again making me glad it was the 2 of us. There are 2 chairs at the table too. We were going you have friends but no comfortable seating for more than 2, though it was spacious enough for more furniture. Nice clean bathroom though nowhere to hang outfits or towels. No space to set make up or store travel bags, just a sink. Not a huge fan of setting my stuff up on a toilet. Kitchen had a nice fridge and stove. Not enough dishes for four, and two tiny coffee mugs. There were some utensils and pans for cooking. Coffee, water and creamer were left out which was a nice touch. No ice or ice cube trays, but the manager brought over as well as paper towels, which was nice. I’m not looking for super fancy but a few things would have made the stay better that wouldn’t cost the owner a lot. This listing is not downtown though very close. I thought it would feel more like downtown and not knowing the area, I was wrong about that. The street had multiple confederate flags and pro-gun signs. This has nothing to do with the owner but I had to think about how I felt about the sign that says “we don’t call 911” with a gun pointed on it (2 doors down but very visible) as well as other many others. It’s not really a neighborhood I personally felt great about though no one bothered me, we weren’t coming and going during prime time. If you are into those things, you should really like the area. I want to be fair with my review but the neighborhood is a big part of your stay and I wish someone would have mentioned that to me.

Ciara is the best communicator. A lovely stay in Indianapolis
We really enjoyed the Indianapolis. Our accommodations were clean ,quiet, and there was plenty of street parking. New appliances and good electronics. Ciara Was always quick to answer a text message if I had a question. It was very quick to either drive or walk to the fun fountain square area.

Great getaway
Had an amazing time in Indianapolis and this was a comforting place to return to after being out all night. It was hot outside, but suite provide internal AC and a window unit. My only problem, being this is a downstairs suite, was the upstairs guests running around, and i wish the bathroom had a towel rack. But our stay was most enjoyable, we will definitely return.
