"The folks at the front desk were always cheerful and helpful. It's not a new place and it shows some wear but it was clean and I'll take that any day over new. I'll stay there again the next time I'm in town."

"Loved it the only things were staff did not explain skywalk only that is was on 2 floor and there was not any signs as to directions to for skywalk. Also the floor as u stepped in to jacuzzi was extremely slick i almost fell. A sign might be helpful addressing issue or preferably adding traction to internal steps. The shower floors were also a issue. Very little traction we had problems checking in I had booked a handicape accessible room and our room was given to someone else. Lots of dust by...

"I found it odd that people had to ring a bell in order to get someone to the front desk. This also alarmed me from a security standpoint. Anyone could walk in the front door and go anywhere in the building without anyone noticing. The breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. The room was comfortable and clean."
