~Fully stocked chef kitchen for meals and space for the whole family to partake and enjoy
~King en-suite in primary with 3 shower heads and luxury deep soak tub
~Guests rooms on 2nd floor include 2 Queen size beds and Jack & Jill bathroom
~Downstairs bunk beds features full beds with room for 2 people on bottom and 1 on top
8 min walk to Fountain Square
~Less than 10 min drive to Lucas Oil and Downtown
15 min drive to Indy Speedway

House was custom built in 2021 for a member of the local NBA team that was traded.
All luxe touches and finishes.
The house was decorated by local interior designer Winland Designs to ensure luxury stay with comfort in mind.
The house has every cooking appliance a Chef could use to enjoy and entertain guests.
First Floor has full bunk bed bedroom, full bathroom, open concept kitchen, dinning table, living room and tv.
Second floor is where the other 3 bedrooms are located, primary (king bed) with luxury ensuite bathroom (JAW DROPPING!), other 2 bedrooms (queen beds) with Jack & Jill bathroom. Washer dryer also located on this floor.
Third floor has half bath and rooftop patio with city skyline views.

Other things to note
Our communication is up to you, can be as little and as much as needed. I am always readily available for you through the VRBO app.

Great Weekend Retreat
The house is open, spacious, and clean. The host was communicative when needed. Overall our family of 5 adults and 3 children under the age of 6 loved staying here.

Great House and Location!
The house was perfect with plenty of space for our family to either spread out or meet up in the living room/dining area. The master shower was really nice! The location was fantastic. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and downtown Indy.We had 2 issues pop up, but Anthony responded within 1 hour for the first (tub faucet) and we had already checked out before he responded to the second (the washer wasn't working). To be fair, we messaged after 11pm. Otherwise, I believe Anthony would have responded. Great host! Highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous Home Near Downtown
My coworkers and I had a fantastic visit to Indianapolis and we loved staying in this beautiful home. It's a fresh, clean, and modern house in close proximity to the downtown area. I will be looking for this place in particular the next time I visit!

NIO Summit Nonprofit conference
Our leadership team and a few other board members attended the NIO Summit conference in Indianapolis. We stayed in this house and we cannot express how nice it was! Our only regret is that we didn’t get stay longer. 10/10 recommend. Beautiful home.

Deluxe bathroom!
Loved the upstairs bathroom, it was wonderful. Whole house is very clean and lots of high tech stuff. The only thing we would have changed is how warm the upstairs was all night.

Exceeded our expectations!
This property was fantastic!! From the high end luxury primary bath to the upper deck lounge area, this house exceeded our expectations. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was oversized and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in away from home. The owner places meticulous care into making sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. What you see in the photos is what you get! We highly recommend this property and would book our stay here again in the future!

Great Stay in Great Location
We enjoyed our week here. Location was fantastic and it was an easy trek to downtown/stadium. The garage parking was a huge perk. House was extremely clean and tidy. Every amenity we needed was provided. Host was easy to communicate with and response time on the question we had was immediate. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls getaway
We recently booked this home for a one night stay. The women in our family were attending a Stevie Nicks concert. It was perfect for several women due to everyone having their own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms to get ready. There was a 2 car garage for parking our vehicles and everything was locked and fenced in. If we had more days there, we would have taken advantage of the fabulous kitchen. We felt safe and we would stay here again. The house was very clean and well organized. The only suggestion we have is to be sure the garage is swept out so debris is not tracked into the house. Great property!

Excellent place!!
Stayed here with business colleagues for a convention. Very close to convention center, wonderful neighborhood restaurants. Neighborhood, at first glance, seems sketchy...look closer, its a very quiet, very hometown neighborhood. The place, outstanding!! Wish i had more time. Place was very well equipped. Had a 2 car garage!!

Great Conference Base and Stay
WOW! What a great stay in this neighborhood adjacent to everything in downtown Indy! This neighborhood is full of recent remodels and has just a few older houses than still have not been renovated. The check in and interaction with Anthony the host was top tier! The house is an easy walk to several great restaurants and bars in the Fountain District. Our favorites were Upland Brewing, The Inferno (a great Polynesian restaurant!) & Maialina Italian Kitchen. The house was perfect for 5 guys on a business trip that wanted to stay out of the fray of the busy convention center area. The beds were very comfortable, the house was recently renovated/built and the kitchen was great too for hanging out. My favorite feature was the rooftop deck with comfortable furniture. It was a great place to unwind with beer after a long day. Having a garage to park in is a great bonus too! I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and Clean
The property was very spacious and clean. The location is perfect, in the heart of Fountain Square. In the warmer months you could walk everywhere as most desired places are a mile or two walk. If we do this again I will definitely consider renting this place again. Thanks Anthony!

In Town for a Convention
The property was as it was described. Anthony was very prompt in his responses when I would email him questions prior to arrival. Check in was easy. The property is a great location for a short drive to the Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.
