The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
Watch the sunset in this well-lit spacious serene 2-bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and laundry. Sit out and enjoy nature on your private patio. Suitable for business travelers and remote workers, Fast Wifi. A full kitchen or enjoy a long list of local places to eat out. There is laundry in your apartment for your convenience—great Space for traveling Consultants and perfect for longer stays.

This space comes with 2 Queen Bed Gel Memory mattresses, 2 Firm, 2 Soft pillows, a couch, & an accent chair. It has almost everything you will need for your stay!

Located in the heart of Whitestown, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. The apartment is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max!

Everything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)!

You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.


Use of Common Amenities:
**The utilization of shared amenities is under the property manager's discretion and is not governed by MGM. Nonetheless, guests staying for more than 28 days are invited to enjoy these amenities.

Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management.

*A maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.

*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.
* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
* Amenities are not for commercial use.

The fastest way to reach us is through the message feature on the VRBO app, phone calls or emails will be delayed.

Conveniently situated off I-65, this unit is located near Zionsville, IN, it offers easy access to everything you need in the area. Commute into downtown Indianapolis in under half an hour, or stay local to find all the shopping, dining, and entertainment you’re looking for.

Close to The Shoppes at Whitestown, Meijer, T.J. Maxx, and Burlington. Enjoy a perfect scenic Whitestown Rail Trail for a nice hike through lush greenery. Also close to the Boone County Fairgrounds for endless local entertainment, and if you’re looking for a night out, you’ll have tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. Enjoy a drink with friends at Moontown Brewing Company and then head to Cobblestone Zionsville for a delicious meal accompanied by live music.

There are several options for getting around the area:

Driving: Whitestown is a car-friendly town with easy access to major highways and thoroughfares. If you have your own car or are renting one, driving is a convenient way to get around the area.

Biking: Whitestown has several bike trails and lanes throughout the town, making it a bike-friendly option for getting around. You can rent a bike from local bike shops or bring your own.

Walking: Depending on your destination, walking can be a viable option in some parts of Whitestown. The town has several sidewalks and crosswalks throughout.

Ridesharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are available in the Whitestown area, and are a convenient way to get around if you don't have your own car.

Public transportation: Whitestown is served by the IndyGo bus system, with several routes that run through the town. However, bus service in the area is limited, so it's important to check schedules and routes in advance.

Free parking is provided in front of the building, Check out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved).

Our Core Value is to be a good neighbor and comply with all local regulations. Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property.

- All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

Other things to Note:
- Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors.
- No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed.
- Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.

There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors.
No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

You must also acknowledge: Potential for noise - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.

The property is amazing — lots of amenities, brand new condos — it was perfect. We only wish the property management had been more flexible when we needed to change our dates right before arrival.

Nice property- but not the best
Email from company provided an address that took you to a church parking lot on the other side of the interstate-not a great feeling at 10:45pm. You are only provided the actual address when you click “check in”. I didn’t want to “check in” until we had at least arrived at the building. We were afraid it would take us through the steps of getting the key, etc before even arriving. Unlocking bedrooms/bathrooms with a door code was a new experience for us - but was fine once checked in. 3 of the four ground floor bedroom windows were all unlocked upon our arrival. (But we had to make sure they were locked in our check out instructions) Dryer did not work - found out after transferring the first load and staring the second. Was told they were going to inform their maintenance team, but never heard anything else for the remainder of our stay - we had to wash and hang dry bath towels to have enough clean for our stay. Any time someone opens the door to the building, it shakes the door of the apartment and sounds like someone is coming into your individual apartment. If you are a heavy sleeper, it would be fine but there is no insulation between master bedroom wall and the entry hall of the building. The door opening and closing is extremely loud and you can hear dogs and people talking through the bedroom wall. Some positives are that it is a nice complex, everything looks brand new inside, the beds are very comfortable - other furniture in the unit is uncomfortable.
