Our urban haven spans two floors of modern elegance, tailored to cater groups of six. Upon entrance, you're greeted with an inviting open-plan living area where the hues of our décor pay a homely tribute to Indianapolis's innate vibrancy. Enjoy energetic chit-chats, sink into our plush furnishings for a movie night using the Smart TV, or swoon over the playful splashes of color that add a touch of whimsy to your urban getaway.

Part of the open-plan ground floor, our kitchen bursts in contemporary aesthetics and functionality. The second room comprises of a full and twin bed, adjoined by another ensuite bathroom fitted with a tub/shower combo - a ready sanctuary for guests of all ages.

Guest Access:
Guests are granted full access to the duplex's amenities. For seamless check-in, we've installed a smart lock system providing you with the flexibility of checking in at your convenience. Street parking is readily available without additional charges, making this city-center location an absolute jewel.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located just outside of the historic Bates Hendricks neighborhood. The neighborhood is located in the city and is undergoing renovations day by day.

Getting Around:
The property has street parking only. If you need a ride, ride share apps such as (Uber and Lyft) pick up within minutes!
