A spacious open-concept floor plan leads to a culinary enthusiast's pride - an extensively equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a Keurig coffee machine. The three bedrooms promise calming slumbers – the master suite boasts a king-size bed and a TV, the second room features a queen bed, and the third room, ideal for children, offers comfortable bunk beds.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, excluding one locked storage closet. Entry is facilitated through a simple keypad system, ensuring hassle-free, flexible check-ins and check-outs. Car parking will not be a hassle as there’s ample space available on the premises and the neighborhood offers free street-side parking as well.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a beautiful and established neighborhood located conveniently in between Noblesville and Westfield. Short drive to both towns.

Getting Around:
You are only a short drive into Westfield and Noblesville. No car? No problems, although slower than downtown Indy, Ubers do pick up in the area!

Other Things to Note:
Stay safe with our exterior security cameras, and a noise sensor that monitors sound levels in the living room. Upon booking, all guests are required to complete a third-party verification process ensuring a secure and peaceful stay for everyone.

Located conveniently between Noblesville and Westfield, there are numerous points of interest all within reach on short drives – popular choices being The Escape Room USA, Conner Prairie, and Dr. James A. Dillon Park.
