"My granddaughter’s high school band was competing at Lucas Oil Stadium in the BOA Grand National Marching Bands. My daughter and I wanted a quiet place to stay not far from there, as 113 bands were convening on the hotels near the stadium. We found THE perfect, cute, immaculate 2 bedroom less than 2 miles from there! We walked all over, rented scooters and Ubers and were in a very safe area. "The house is brand new and beautifully appointed. Scott was excellent with communication and helped make our visit easy. Restaurants, shopping, and other treats are within a quick walk but overnight we didn’t get the noise you might expect from being in such a vibrant area. Planning to stay here next year for a lacrosse tournament in Grand Park. "

"Easy communication, easy accessibility, house was as described. Stayed with my husband and son, would have easily slept another person or two, only one bathroom so maybe not my daughter lol. House was stocked with comfortable furniture (and an actual king bed that I never wanted to get out of) and cozy blankets and pillows. Broad Ripple was .4 miles about a 5-10 min walk. Will definitely stay again."

"My son and I had a wonderful stay in this rental for a weekend swim meet at IUPUI. It was the perfect size for two people traveling from out of town. The full kitchen was a great bonus for cooking in, but with so many nearby restaurants, we also had plenty of dining options within easy reach. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the pool, which made early morning warmups hassle-free. I could easily drop off my swimmer, head back to relax, and have breakfast before the competition...

"4 of us rented this house for just one night over our fall break so we could get away somewhere close but different. We live an hour away and the hot tub and fire pit were our main draw. They did not disappoint. We hot tubbed most of the night and then sat around the fire. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were wishing we could have stayed longer. "
