"Property is exactly as advertised, pictures of all the rooms helped us know what to expect and it did not disappoint. Family came into town for an NFL game at Lucas Oil Stadium and location was perfect. We were able to walk to and from game and avoid all of the traffic. Close to a lot of places to eat and easy drive to other locations like zoo and canal downtown."

"I came to Indy with my family for a funeral. We drove 12 hrs from New York and couldn’t wait to get comfortable after such a long drive. When we finally arrived, we all bathed and melted into the bed. Because I have a toddler and infant, I was thankful for the washer and dryer. I really appreciated the breakfast bars and oatmeal for my vegetarian daughter who did not eat our breakfast of eggs, bacon and toast purchased at a Whole Foods and cooked in the cute little kitchen. "The home was very clean, the outdoor area nice, and glad it was pet friendly, but the neighborhood is sketchy, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking the dog alone. "

"This coach house is the perfect property for a couple. The perfect size, perfect amenities, perfect location. The house is close to everything and has super easy access to the highway. We travel with our Greater Swiss Mountain dog and the yard was perfect for her as well. I was a bit of a moron and couldn't get the lock to work, but our host, Collyn, was super responsive and quickly got me in. The only reason not to book this place ASAP is if we happen to be in town and have it already booked...
