We had no idea that there was a National/State Sand Dune park, or a beautiful beach in this area. We were beyond excited to find this beautiful gem of a cottage to stay in. "

"The house was clean and quite adequate for our 3 day stay. We met Mr. Marshall when we arrived (he was there with a crew working on furniture and some repairs). He was very pleasant, as was the crew. We like to cook for ourselves. The stove was not completely functional -- shelves do not fit, and the interior needs a good cleaning. The towel rack above the second floor bathroom toilet is pulling of the wall and could use some attention. Rick Ginther (for the Ginther Siblings)"

"Thanksgiving family get away for 4 days was great in this property. Plenty of bed rooms big table. Great stove. We cooked there all 4 days. Has a grill. Very close to outlets. Very happy with your stay!"

This place was clean and easy to find. The neighborhood felt safe. Even though the place below this apartment looks abandoned."

"The hosts were very communicative and gave good advice for places to check out in the area (some interesting antique shops). The rental is snug, as expected, but the amenities were pleasant and you can’t go wrong with beach access! Would recommend for others interested in checking out the area ."

"We recently rented this home for our church's women's fall spiritual retreat. This stay for our group of 21 ladies was more than we expected. We chose this home for its size, proximity to the shore, and great accommodations. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find the house had been recently updated. "O quarto não estava bem limpo quando chegamos, tinha sujeira dentro do armário e o lustre parece que nunca foi limpo, ficamos 5 noites e só foram fazer a limpeza e trocar as toalhas 1 vez, tive que pedir toalhas. O café é bom para o padrão do hotel. "
